DR (Qualifying Broker) with MAAR/MLS

Things you need to know...

New Licensee

When you accept a new licensee it is your responsibility to notify the association and provide their name and contact information including their email address. Everything is done online.

Transfer a Licensee

A licensee transferring to another office must do so with AREC first and then MAAR.  There are separate fees to transfer with both  AREC & MAAR.

If you are accepting a new agent from another company, you will be required to sign a transfer form.

If you are releasing an agent from your roster, it is your responsibility to notify the association immediately by email.
